MB Quart F.A.Q.

We suggest that you contact the company where you purchased your Maxxsonics product to take care of your warranty claim and/or to help you arrange for service on products that are outside of the warranty period.

 

If you are not able to contact an authorized dealer, call our Customer Service department at 847-540-7700 or Contact Warranty Support. We’ll need a copy of your receipt showing the place and date of purchase. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and shipping details and instructions.

 

Once you receive a Return Authorization number, you will be responsible for the shipping/insurance charges for your shipment sent in for service. Maxxsonics will pay the shipping charges on the product shipment that is sent back to you.

 

The date of purchase indicated on your receipt is the date in which your warranty starts. Most Maxxsonics products, with the exception of a few MB Quart products, are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty with repair and/or replacement at the discretion of Maxxsonics. Remember, you must be able to provide a copy of a receipt that contains the name and address of the authorized Maxxsonics reseller for your warranty to be valid and the warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.

 

Authorized Dealers purchase product directly from/through Maxxsonics.

 

1) Product was not purchased from an authorized Maxxsonics Dealer.

2) Product was damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, incorrect wiring, improper installation, alteration of date code or bar code labels, revolution, natural disaster, any sneaky stuff because someone messed up, a repair or alteration outside of our factory or authorized service centers occurred or anything else that should not have done to the product.

3) Do not have a valid purchase receipt.

4) You are not the original consumer purchaser.

 

We suggest that you contact the company where you purchased your product and request a copy of your original receipt. Your product cannot be warranted without a valid purchase receipt.

 

Maxxsonics USA warrants to the original consumer purchaser your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. Refer to your product manual for complete details.

 

Your warranty starts the day the product was purchased – not the date installed. Depending on the warranty period (most Maxxsonics products are one year), your product would be warranted for example one year, starting from the date of purchase, which is the date that appears on your receipt.

 

Maxxsonics has a list of independent authorized repair services within the Continental US that we can provide. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 847-540-7700 or email us at Contact Customer Support to help you locate a repair shop.

 

Registration Center registers your product and can provide you with product updates and notices. On-line product registration does not constitute warranty. You must be able to provide your original sales receipt for all warranty claims. Please retain your sales receipt.
